These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://best-casinolist.com/ (the "Site"), a Canadian online casino editorial publication operated from Vancouver, British Columbia. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What we are (and are not)

Best Casinolist is an editorial publisher and affiliate directory. We write reviews of online casinos that serve Canadian Rest-of-Canada (ROC) players — that is, all Canadian provinces and territories other than Ontario. We rank, compare, and recommend casino brands based on our published methodology (see How We Review).

We are not an online casino. We do not accept wagers, hold player funds, process deposits, or operate any gambling games. When you click an outbound link to a casino operator from our Site, you leave our Site and enter the operator's own platform. That operator's own terms, privacy policy, and licensing regime apply to your relationship with them.

Age and jurisdiction

Online gambling is restricted by age. You must be at least 19 years old to use our Site, or 18 if you reside in Alberta, Manitoba, or Quebec. If you are not of legal gambling age in your Canadian province, you must leave this Site.

Best Casinolist earns revenue through affiliate partnerships with online casinos. When a reader clicks an outbound link from our Site to a casino operator and opens an account at that operator, our affiliate network may credit us with a share of the operator's revenue derived from that player's net deposit activity over time. This is a "revenue share" (RevShare) model.

This commercial arrangement is disclosed on every money page of our Site. Our editorial position is that the commercial relationship does not influence review scores or editorial recommendations. If we believe an operator does not serve Canadian ROC players well, we say so regardless of affiliate status, and we may remove brands from our recommendations.

We do not accept payment in exchange for positive reviews. We do not run sponsored content dressed as editorial. Any paid placement would be clearly labelled.

Editorial accuracy

We take reasonable care to ensure that the information we publish is accurate at the time of publication. Casino brands change their terms, bonus structures, accepted payment methods, and other operational details frequently. You must verify current terms directly at the operator's own site before depositing, wagering, or entering into any arrangement with that operator.

No gambling-outcome warranties
